Beshear shares message after McConnell sustains injury in fall

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Gov. Andy Beshear is commenting on Sen. McConnell’s recent health emergency after suffering a concussion from a fall at a dinner Wednesday night.

News 40 caught up with the Kentucky governor, who says he is keeping the minority leader in his thoughts but is waiting for the right moment to reach out personally.

McConnell is currently in a Washington, D.C. hospital being treated for a concussion.
