Barren County road reopens after repairs made due to storm damage

BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – A Barren County road is now open following repairs due to storms.

On Wednesday, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 officials notified the public that KY 3179 Oil Well Road in Barren County has been repaired and is reopened.

The road was closed following storms on Tuesday, April 2 that left significant damage at Peter Creek bridge.

The damage was to areas leading onto the bridge. The damaged areas were repaved and repaired.
