Glasgow man charged with sexual abuse involving 13-year-old

GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow man is behind bars on sexual abuse charges involving a 13-year-old. The Glasgow Police Department says it arrested 19-year-old Anthony Lane Lynch of Glasgow on Wednesday. Lynch is charged with second-degree rape – no force, second-degree sodomy, second-degree sexual abuse and unlawful transaction with a minor under 18 years of age. The investigation remains ongoing.
