Scottsville man captured, served active warrant out of Tennessee

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A man wanted on charges in Tennessee has been captured. The Allen County Sheriff’s Office says William Vermillion, 56 of Scottsville, was located and arrested on Monday.
