BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is charged with rape and strangulation of a minor. Justin Rosado, 30, was arrested Sunday after police responded to a complaint Friday of a sexual assault involving a minor. Rosado is being held in the Warren County Regional Jail on charges of rape and strangulation.
