Author Shelli R. Johannes to appear for event at the Capitol

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Warren County Public Library is welcoming Shelli R. Johannes, author of “Cece Loves Science,” to the Capitol in Bowling Green.

According to a release, the installment of their Let’s Read series will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 9:30 and 11:30 a.m.

The library says Johannes has written more than 25 books for children and teens, including the “Loves Science” series, “Theo Thesaurus” and the “Nature of Grace” trilogy.

The “Loves Science” series, according to the library, helps to inspire “curiosity, creativity and confidence” in readers by celebrating STEM.

In “Cece Loves Science,” Cece explores big questions using hands-on experiments and teamwork, the library says.
