Allen County man arrested for third time on child sexual offenses
GLASGOW, Ky. – An Allen County man is back behind bars for child sexual offenses.
The Kentucky State Police says it arrested Chad L. Delucenay, 34, on Saturday after an undercover online investigation. KSP says the investigation began after it discovered Delucenay sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
Further investigation revealed an additional victim and evidence for charges in Barren County, authorities say. The charges in Barren County resulted in the third time Delucenay has been arrested on related offenses.
Authorities say Deluncenay’s his first arrest for child sexual exploitation offenses in Allen County took place in June 2023, while his second arrest was on November 1, 2023 for child sexual offenses in Todd County.
Delucenay is currently charged with 10 counts of promoting a minor under 16 years old in a sexual performance.
He was taken to the Barren County Detention Center.
