Agricultural loan for $125K approved for Hart County
HART COUNTY, Ky. – An agricultural loan for $125,000 is heading to Hart County.
The funding through the Beginning Farmer Loan Program assists farmers who want to develop, expand or buy into a farming operation, according to a release by the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
Over $4.8 million in approved loans will go to projects across Kentucky, the organization states.
The release states beginning farmers can qualify for purchasing livestock, equipment or agriculture facilities, gaining permanent working capital, purchasing farmland or investing in a partnership or LLC.
