Adairville first responders honored for saving victim during 2021 floods

ADAIRVILLE, Ky. – On Thursday, the City of Adairville honored two first responders for their outstanding efforts to help community members.

According to a social media post by Logan County Search and Rescue, Adairville presented rescue member Aaron Montgomery and Adairville Fire Department chief Zack Rouse with plaques of commendation for courage and dedication for their efforts in saving the life of a victim that was trapped in swift water in Red River during the May 2021 floods.
