Adair man leads state police on pursuit, facing drug and fleeing charges

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Post 15 says it apprehended an Adair County man after a vehicle pursuit.
KSP says a trooper attempted a traffic stop of a Ford Escape on Blue Hole Road in Taylor County on Monday evening.
According to a release, the vehicle’s operator did not stop and a pursuit began.
The pursuit continued into Adair County on Crooked Creek Road until the Ford Escape exited the roadway and stopped in a field.
KSP says the operator exited the vehicle and fled on foot. After a brief pursuit, troopers apprehended the operator.
Troopers identified the man as Bradley Streeval, 46 of Knifely. Steeval was arrested.
Streeval is charged with fleeing or evading police – 1st degree (motor vehicle), fleeing or evading police – 1st degree (on foot), trafficking controlled substance – 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, wanton endangerment – 1st degree (police officer) (4 counts), criminal mischief – 2nd degree, speeding 26 or more over speed limit, no seat belt, and other traffic violations
Streeval is lodged at the Taylor County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
