Citation: Man threatened police officers and their children
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is facing 10 counts of terroristic threatening charges after police were called Wednesday morning to a Bowling Green hotel on two men fighting in the parking lot.
When police arrived they said Harlan Keith Stiltner, 38, was intoxicated, belligerent and made several threats to police and police officers’ children, according to his arrest citation.
Stiltner said he had consumed methamphetamine, cocaine, alcohol and hadn’t slept in three days.
According to the citation, Stiltner said to police “As soon as they let me out, you’re going to need a good dental because I’m going to kill you.” He also made continuous threats to assault, both physically and sexually, the children of the police officers, according to the citation.
The citation reads that two customers at the hotel said that Stiltner took multiple swings at them with his fists but never connected.
He was additionally charged with public intoxication, second-degree disorderly conduct and menacing. He was held in the Warren County Regional Jail.
