Man charged with DUI after rollover crash in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One man is facing charges after a rollover crash in Bowling Green.

According to Sgt. Brad Hogue with the Bowling Green Police Department, at approximately 8:25 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, officers responded to a single-vehicle rollover collision at the intersection of River Street and Louisville Road.

Authorities say the investigation determined a Hyundai Kona, driven by Steven Borg, was traveling on River Street when it left the roadway and rolled over three times.

During the investigation, authorities say officers observed indicators of impairment.

Borg was transported to a local hospital for evaluation before being lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol .08 or higher, first offense.

A criminal charge is an allegation. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
