Portion of Glasgow public square to close for Louisville Orchestra event

GLASGOW, Ky. – A portion of the Glasgow public square is expected to close to traffic throughout the day Thursday, June 25 for a Louisville Orchestra event.

According to the Glasgow Police Department, the east side of the square will close at 11 a.m. at South Green Street from East Wayne Street to West Main Street, while the north side will close at 3 p.m. at West Main Street from South Race Street to Plaza Way, and the south side will close at 5 p.m. at East Washington Street from South Race Street to South Green Street.

The event itself will begin at 7 p.m., with a free outdoor concert as part of the orchestra’s In Harmony Tour.
