Grayson County man accused of claiming to be a Bowling Green police officer

GRAYSON COUNTY, Ky. (K105) – A Grayson County man is accused in an assault and of impersonating a police officer.
According to a report by K105, Grayson County deputies arrested 21-year-old Zachary W. Behlke of Caneyville on Monday on a complaint warrant.
K105 reports the man, previously jailed for impersonating a police officer, is now facing that charge again, along with additional charges of third-degree terroristic threatening and fourth-degree assault, according to an arrest citation.
The report further states a complaint warrant said Behlke “intentionally hit a man in the back of the head with a closed fist. He then threaten(ed) to shoot the man and identified himself as a Bowling Green police officer,” K105 states.
He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center but is no longer listed as an inmate.
According to online records, Behlke was arrested in Warren County on February 23, 2026, for impersonating a police officer, improper use of blue lights, improper use of red lights, felony wanton endangerment, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit and reckless driving.
