Hopkins County man charged with child sexual exploitation offenses

MADISONVILLE, Ky. – A Hopkins County man is facing child exploitation charges following an internet investigation.
According to a uniform citation, the Madisonville Police Department arrested 26-year-old Noe Gonzales, of Madisonville, after receiving a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCEMC).
Gonzales allegedly uploaded thousands of images depicting child sexual abuse material to the internet via a Google account from June 2025 through October 2025.
During the investigation, detectives obtained the IP address used to commit the alleged offenses and traced it to Gonzales’ digital devices, according to the citation.
According to the citation, Gonzales possessed twenty images of child sexual exploitation of children under 12.
The Kentucky Office of the Attorney General requested the Madisonville Police Department to locate and arrest Gonzales on an unrelated warrant for criminal offenses in Webster County on May 11.
MPD arrested Gonzales, who agreed to waive his Miranda rights.
During the interview, detectives say Gonzales, when presented with the information from the CyberTip, asked for an attorney.
Gonzales is charged with possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12.
The investigation is ongoing.
