WNKY’s Wilson among nominees for Chamber Excellence Awards

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce announced its 2026 Excellence Awards nominees Thursday.

The chamber hosts the Excellence Awards annually, honoring individuals and organizations that are influential in the growth of Bowling Green and Warren County.

Awards include the ATHENA Leadership, ATHENA Young Professional, Minority and/or Woman Owned Business of the Year, Small Business Person of the Year and Nonprofit of the Year.

WNKY News 40 Anchor Ashlee Wilson is a nominee for the 2026 ATHENA Young Professional award.

The event will take place on May 12 at the Sloan Convention Center.
