BGMU announces closure of portion of Smallhouse Road

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A portion of a Bowling Green roadway will close for service repairs.

According to a release, Smallhouse Road between E. 15th Avenue and McElroy Way will close on March 19 at approximately 4 pm and will reopen on Friday at approximately 8 am.

BGMU says crews will be repairing a water service line, installing a new sewer tap and water service and repairing a fire hydrant.

A detour on Neal Street will be active, according to the release.
