Bowling Green man arrested on drug, shoplifting charges

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is facing several charges, including drug possession and shoplifting.
The Bowling Green Police Department responded to a local business on Menard Street on Feb.13 for a theft complaint, according to a release.
BGPD says 38-year-old Devin James Gray, of Bowling Green, was identified as a suspect.
Gray was driving a gray GMC Yukon at the time of the alleged theft.
On Thursday, BGPD located Gray’s vehicle using investigative tools.
Gray was also located and taken into custody.
He is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense ( > or = 2 grams Methamphetamine) (enhancement), trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense ( > or = 4 grams cocaine) (enhancement), possession of handgun by convicted felon (enhancement), theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) and drug paraphernalia.
Gray was lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
