Glasgow road closure to impact traffic

GLASGOW, Ky. – Drivers traveling through Glasgow should be prepared for a road closure this week.

Glasgow/Barren County Emergency Management says on Wednesday, Oct. 1, Lyon School Road will be closed from the 2670 block to the 3742 block in various locations.

This is due to cross tile replacement.

Work is set to begin at 8 a.m. and continue until completion.

Drivers should avoid the area during the project due to crews and large equipment working on site.
