Man charged with incest, rape in Allen County

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A man that resides in a local Mennonite community is accused of raping a juvenile.

According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, a local Mennonite community contacted them to report an allegation against an adult male member of the community having sexual intercourse with a juvenile member.

ACSO states detectives obtained a confession from the male suspect, 31-year-old Donald Stoner, to the allegation.

According to a uniform citation, Stoner said the alleged incidents occurred between the Summer of 2022 and the Fall of 2024.

Stoner was arrested and remains lodged at the Allen County Detention Center.

Stoner is charged with third-degree rape and incest.

The investigation is ongoing.
