Warren County Fire Department to hire part-time firefighters

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – The Warren County Fire Department is planning to hire for several part-time firefighter positions.

On Tuesday, Aug. 26, the department announced it is opening part-time firefighter applications around Sept. 15.

Personnel say the overall goal is to increase the part-time team’s strength by around 15 personnel.

All applicants will undergo a detailed background investigation, NFPA 1582 compliant physical, a SCBA evaluation and confidence course and a training certification interview.
