Wetzel’s Pretzels opens first Kentucky location in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A national pretzel bakery is opening in Bowling Green.

Wetzel’s Pretzels, known for fresh, hand-rolled pretzels, is now open inside the Walmart located at 150 Walton Ave in Bowling Green.

The location is the first in the state of Kentucky and is owned and operated by Tina Boling, of Bowling Green.

“Opening my first Wetzel’s location is a significant step for me, and I am thankful for the support I’ve received along the way,” said Boling. “Bringing the first Wetzel’s to Kentucky means a lot to me, and I look forward to sharing Wetzel’s mouthwatering pretzels and treats with the people of Bowling Green, and I hope that it becomes a favorite stop for shoppers.”

Wetzel’s Pretzels was founded in Pasadena, California, in 1994.
