Scottsville woman charged after traffic stop

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Scottsville woman is charged after police say she drove on a DUI-suspended license.
The Scottsville Police Department says it received a reckless driver call Saturday around 2:14 p.m.
Police say a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Heather McPeak of Scottsville was behind their police cruiser. Authorities say they recognized McPeak was driving on a DUI-suspended license.
Officers say they later turned onto Walnut Creek Road to drive behind McPeak.
Police say they conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle at the Cedar Springs Fire Station No. 2.
McPeak was arrested on several charges, along with a warrant.
She remains at the Allen County Jail on a combined $33,000 cash bond. She is charged driving on a DUI-suspended license, third offense, failure to produce an insurance card and failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense.
