Leitchfield woman dies following rollover crash

LEITCHFIELD, Ky. – A Leitchfield woman has died following a rollover collision.

According to WNKY New 40 media partner K105, the wreck occurred Friday around 7:15 a.m. in the 3400 block of Shrewsbury Road.

K105 reports first responders arrived on the scene and located a Cadillac that had left the roadway and overturned multiple times.

The vehicle was being driven by 59-year-old Mary Haynes, who was pronounced dead at the scene by deputy Grayson County coroner James Embry. Embry was accompanied by deputy coroner Joe Brad Hudson.

Grayson County sheriff Norman Chaffins, the Leitchfield Fire Department, Grayson County Emergency Management and EMS responded to the scene.
