Kentucky State Police searching for escaped women in Owensboro

OWENSBORO, Ky. – Two women have reportedly escaped from a facility in Owensboro.

According to the Kentucky State Police, troopers were contacted Monday around 1:30 p.m. by Kentucky Probation and Parole regarding two female subjects that had removed their ankle monitors and could not be located.

Troopers say the two female subjects escaped Dismas Charities while under supervision.

The first woman, 25-year-old Latavia Green, is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 132 pounds with black hair and black eyes. Green is charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

The second woman, 36-year-old Eva Spencer, is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 145 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Spencer is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
