CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – The Campbellsville Police Department says it has arrested 53-year-old David Cox of Campbellsville in connection with the robbery at Citizens Bank on Main Street.

Cox is charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree fleeing or evading police and tampering with physical evidence. He remains at the Taylor County Detention Center.

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – The Campbellsville Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a suspect following a reported robbery.

Police say on Friday, July 25 around 9 a.m., Campbellsville police received a call about a robbery at Citizens Bank on Main Street.

Authorities say a male subject, now identified as 53-year-old David Cox of Campbellsville, entered the bank and demanded money.

Officers say Cox was able to get away with an undetermined amount of cash. An arrest warrant has since been issued for Cox.

He is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and was last seen wearing a black face mask, black shorts, navy blue T-shirt, black socks, white tennis shoes and a black or blue ball cap while carrying a black bag.
