Bowling Green man charged with distribution of sexual abuse material of minor

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is facing multiple charges in connection to sexual abuse material portraying a minor.

According to a uniform citation, the Bowling Green Police Department was dispatched Tuesday to an obscene matter complaint.

Authorities say the victim stated that 27-year-old Jamison Fishback of Bowling Green had posted sexually explicit content of her to social media.

Police say they spoke to Fishback, who admitted to posting one video and stating he deleted it. Officers say the victim stated she had been a minor when the content was recorded several years ago.

Fishback was arrested and remains at the Warren County Regional Jail.

Fishback is charged with distribution of matter portraying sex performed by a minor over 12 and under 18, tampering with physical evidence and distribution of sexually explicit images without consent, first offense.
