Traffic to be impacted by events in downtown Glasgow
GLASGOW, Ky. – Multiple roads in downtown Glasgow are expected to be impacted by upcoming events.
The Glasgow Police Department says traffic impacts will start Friday, July 25 and last through Saturday, July 26.
On Friday, officials say the Entertain Glasgow Summer Concert will take place, causing the east side of the public square to close at 8 a.m. The north side will close at 1 p.m., while the south side will close at 4 p.m., police say.
They will remain closed until the event and cleanup are complete.
On Saturday, the square will close from 8 a.m. until noon for Cars and Coffee.
Drivers should use caution if they plan to travel in these areas.
