Franklin Police Department hosting Back-to-School Bash

FRANKLIN, Ky. – The Franklin Police Department is hosting a Back-to-School Bash on Aug. 2.

The event will last from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During this time, the department says families are invited for an afternoon to meet Franklin police officers and enjoy a cookout from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Families are also encouraged to bring a towel and sunscreen for inflatables.

The department is located at 501 W. Madison St. in Franklin.
