Woman charged with DUI in Todd County with children in car

GUTHRIE, Ky. – A Tennessee woman is charged with driving while under the influence in Todd County.
According to a uniform citation, the Guthrie Police Department observed a vehicle traveling north on Russellville Road around 12:11 a.m. Saturday.
Police say they noticed the vehicle crossed the double yellow line multiple times.
Authorities say they conducted a traffic stop and smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Police say the driver, identified as 41-year-old Kelly Robertson of Clarksville, Tennessee, stated she had smoked marijuana around 45 minutes before the traffic stop.
Standard Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, and authorities say they located marijuana in the vehicle. Two children were also present in the vehicle, authorities say.
Robertson was transported to the Todd County Jail. She faces charges of improperly on left side of road, read license not illuminated, rear license not illuminated, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, first offense, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, possession of marijuana and failure of owner to maintain required security/insurance, first offense.
