FBI offering $10,000 for information leading to conviction in Tommy Ballard case

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Federal Bureau of Investigation is offering up to $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those connected to the homicide case of Tommy Ballard.

According to the FBI, after Ballard’s daughter, Crystal Rogers, disappeared from Bardstown in July 2015, Ballard formed Team Crystal, comprised of Bardstown community members dedicated to finding his daughter.

Officials say on the morning of November 19, 2016, Ballard was preparing to go hunting with his 12-year-old grandson next to Bluegrass Parkway in Bardstown.

Authorities say an unknown subject fired one fatal shot that hit Ballard in the chest.
