GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow woman is charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and assaulting a police officer.

Glasgow Police Department Public Information Officer Major Terry Flatt says officers responded to a welfare check complaint at a home on Cedar Street on Monday.

Flatt says officers located children and Susan Rippy, 31, of Glasgow.

Officers say Rippy was in an altercation with another female.
