Man arrested in Hart Co. on distribution of obscene matter to minors offense

HART COUNTY, Ky. – A wanted man has been apprehended in Hart County on multiple offenses, including distribution of obscene matter to minors.

According to jail records, 34-year-old Justin Morrison was arrested Monday on charges of procurement or promote use of minor by electronic means and distribution of obscene matter to minors, first offense.

Morrison was previously wanted on these charges and sought by the Kentucky State Police. Morrison appeared in News 40’s Wanted Wednesday segment in September 2024.

Morrison remains at the Hart County Jail on a $15,000 cash bond.
