Woman arrested in Scottsville following traffic stop

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – One woman is facing charges following a traffic stop in Allen County over the weekend.

According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Walkers Chapel Road on Saturday.

Deputies say Scottsville police deployed a K-9, which gave a positive alert on the vehicle.

During a vehicle search, authorities say they located narcotics.

The passenger, identified as 34-year-old Chelsea Glover of Scottsville, was arrested and transported to the Allen County Detention Center, where she has since been released.

She faces charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second offense, and prescription controlled substance not in proper container, first offense.
