Glasgow man charged with sexual abuse following investigation

GLASGOW, Ky. – The Glasgow Police Department is investigating the sexual abuse of a juvenile.

Public Information Officer Major Terry Flatt says Frank A. DeFilippo allegedly sent a female juvenile inappropriate text messages and groped her breast. Flatt says DeFilippo allegedly groped the female juvenile in a separate incident two years ago.

DeFilippo is charged with first-degree sexual abuse. He is lodged at the Barren County Detention Center.
