WANTED WEDNESDAY: Man wanted on drug trafficking charge

PORTLAND, Tenn. and ALLEN COUNTY, Ky. – For this week’s Wanted Wednesday, the Kentucky State Police is searching for a man in connection with drug trafficking charges.

Troopers say 63-year-old Wayne Stoutenburg is wanted on a charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Authorities say Stoutenburg is 5 feet 8 inches tall with gray/blue eyes and last weighed in at 155 pounds.

Stoutenburg may be in the Allen County or Portland, Tennessee areas.
