UPDATE: Man wanted on multiple drug offenses arrested
LOGAN COUNTY, Ky. – A man wanted in connection with multiple drug charges has been apprehended, authorities say.
The South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force says Joshua Russell Toth, 43, has been arrested and transported to the Logan County Detention Center.

Toth faces charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (opiates), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine), prescription controlled substance not in proper container, first offense, and possession of marijuana.
He remains at the detention center on a $1,200 cash bond.
