Man flees Glasgow police, faces drug and resisting arrest charges
GLASGOW, Ky. – A man is facing drug, fleeing police charges.
Glasgow Police Public Information Officer Major Terry Flatt says the department responded to McGraw Avenue for a suspicious person complaint on Monday.
At the scene, officers located Devan Howard, 30. Flatt says Howard resisted arrest and attempted to flee from officers.
Flatt says officers apprehended Howard and found marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
Howard is charged with resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine), and possession of marijuana.
Howard is lodged at the Barren County Detention Center.
