London police execute drug bust, seize three pounds of meth

LONDON, Ky. – Three men are facing drug trafficking charges after a massive drug bust.

London Police Chief Jerry Hollon says the department’s Special Investigation Unit investigated a vehicle located on KY-80 near Motel 6.

The unit says a traffic stop was conducted and three pounds of methamphetamine was located inside the vehicle. The drugs were seized by detectives.

Police say Carsie Lofton, 33, Larry Anderson, 44, and Justin Everhart, 44 of Ohio were inside the vehicle and taken into custody.

Lofton is charged with Trafficking In Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (>or= 2 Grams of Methamphetamine). He was served two outstanding warrants for Bail Jumping 1st Degree and Contempt of Court Libel/Slander.

Anderson and Everhart are each charged with Trafficking In Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (>or= 2 Grams of Methamphetamine).
