Scottsville man arrested after allegedly trying to back car into ER doors

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A man is facing multiple charges in relation to a vehicle pursuit on Monday in Scottsville.
The Scottsville Police Department says it was attempting to conduct a welfare check Monday around 2:20 p.m. on an adult female.
Police say while attempting to locate the female, officers noticed her in a vehicle on Smiths Grove Road.
According to police, officers tried to conduct a traffic stop on the 2006 Pontiac operated by 43-year-old Timothy C. Miller of Scottsville.
Police say the vehicle fled and stopped at The Medical Center Scottsville ER and attempted to back into the ER doors.
Miller was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Allen County Detention Center.
Miller is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, failure to wear seatbelts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first offense (aggravated circumstances), reckless driving and disregarding traffic control device.
