BGPD releases update on collision involving pedestrian

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green police have released an update regarding a collision involving a pedestrian Tuesday night on Scottsville Road.

According to Bowling Green Police Department public information officer Ronnie Ward, a female pedestrian was flown for treatment and is still alive.

Ward says an individual has since walked into BGPD headquarters and identified themselves as the driver.

No charges have been filed at this time.
