Back to Back Books festival to connect readers with authors
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Book festivals are a favorite in south-central Kentucky, and the Warren County Public Library is kicking off a new festival for book lovers.
The Back to Back Books festival is set to kickoff at the Capitol and One Roof in downtown Bowling Green.
On Sept. 21, the library is giving an opportunity to readers to meet their favorite author, get some signatures and even leave with a free new book.
The Warren County Public Library is excited to be hosting its own festival.
Meagan Miles, the marketing manager for WCPL, says, “We have five headliners who are going to be giving presentations here at the Capitol, and we will be giving away 200 books by each one of those authors. So a thousand books total will be given away at the event. And then down the street, One Roof, we have an author hall that’s going to have over 20 authors set up where you can purchase books and get them sign.
The event is open and free to the public.
