BGPD responds to reported robbery at Hucks on Hennessy Way
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Police Department says it is investigating an early morning robbery at Hucks.
According to BGPD public information officer Ronnie Ward, two men entered Hucks at 601 Hennessy Way shortly after 2:15 a.m.
Ward says the men were armed and demanded money from the employees.
The men stole an undisclosed amount of money from the register, Ward says.
Both subjects fled from the scene.
Detectives are working to locate video surveillance of the area and trying to locate witnesses.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
