Hart County man arrested after drug bust at residence

BONNIEVILLE, Ky. – A Bonnieville man is facing multiple charges related to drug possession.

According to a uniform citation by the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force, the Hart County Sheriff’s Office arrived around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday to Waldeck Road in Bonnieville regarding drug complaints.

Upon arrival, authorities say Johnathan Robinson, 46 of Bonnieville, fled into the residence before he was detained.

During a search of the residence, authorities say they located marijuana, rolling papers and other drug paraphernalia. The citation says deputies also located a small amount of methamphetamine.

Authorities say they additionally located a loaded firearm and two marijuana plants growing in containers.

Robinson was arrested and transported to the Hart County Jail.

He is charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine), cultivate in marijuana, less than five plants, first offense, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot) and tampering with physical evidence.
