Multiple people arrested in Todd County after residence search

TODD COUNTY, Ky. – Multiple people are facing charges after a search at a Todd County residence.

According to a uniform citation, the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and Todd County Sheriff’s Office responded on May 30 to conduct a search warrant at a residence off of the 17,000 block of Greenville Road.

The task force stated as a detective and deputy entered the residence, 40-year-old Lee Moore was detained. Due to Moore having a previous felony conviction, he was not allowed to be around a loaded firearm found nearby, officials say.

According to authorities, the search led to the discovery of multiple firearms and an estimated 2 ounces of marijuana, digital scales and about 4 ounces of suspected methamphetamine, along with cash.

During the search, officials say 62-year-old Sherry Stanley of Clifty, Kentucky arrived at the scene and was determined to live there.

In addition, the task force states it located 61-year-old Jamie Huskey hiding in an RV and messaging a phone inside the house to warn that law enforcement was present.

The detectives stated after speaking to Huskey, she provided him with what is believed to be methamphetamine.

All three individuals were arrested and transported to the Todd County Jail.

Huskey faces a charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine).

Stanley faces charges of trafficking in marijuana, second or greater offense (less than 8 ounces) (enhancement), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or greater offense (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine) (enhancement) and two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Lee faces a charge of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
