Metcalfe Co. High School Golf Team wins 16th District Tournament

EDMONTON, Ky. – The Metcalfe County High School Golf Team won big at the 16th District Tournament Tuesday, school officials say.

Metcalfe County Schools says the team overcame Clinton, Cumberland, Monroe and Russell counties with a team score of 164.

MCHS junior Collin Shive was the individual runner-up, officials say.

Metcalfe’s next competition stop is the regional golf tournament at Indian Hills Country Club in Bowling Green on Tuesday, Sept. 19.
