(CNN) – Nestlé USA is voluntarily recalling some of its chocolate chip cookie dough.

The company says two batches of the break and bake bar products potentially contain wood fragments.

The affected batches were produced in April.

No illnesses or injuries have been reported.

Anyone who purchased the dough should return it for a replacement or refund.

Nestlé says it is confident this is an isolated issue and apologizes for the inconvenience.
