Attorney General Daniel Cameron stops in Bowling Green amidst Governor’s race

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.-On Thursday, Attorney General Daniel Cameron stopped by the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce with his wife Mackenzie.

He officially filed to run in the Kentucky Governor’s race on Tuesday.

Mackenzie Cameron actually went to Western Kentucky University and Daniel has an office in Bowling Green so the trip was special to them.

They also visited the Barren County Chamber of Commerce this morning. Cameron said they will be visiting all 120 counties in the Commonwealth to meet with Kentuckians and discuss issues important to them.

“I think the proof is in the pudding. Mackenzie and I have been in the trenches over the last three years. We’ve been standing up for conservative values and constitutional principles and folks know our track record,” said Cameron.

There is a stacked race between Republicans for the primary. The deadline to file for the race is Friday, January 5.
