BGPD arrests man, juvenile as suspects in robbery
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green police say a man and juvenile are facing robbery charges following an arrest.
BGPD stated in a social media post that they received a report of a robbery on Sunday, July 10 at Preston Miller Park.
During the investigation, BGPD detectives developed Johnathan Edwards, 18, of Bowling Green as a suspect, according to authorities.
Following an interview, Edwards and a juvenile were charged with the robbery.
Edwards is charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
Edwards was lodged in the Warren County Detention Center. The juvenile was lodged in the Warren County Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
The investigation remains ongoing.
