7 indicted following weeks-long theft investigation in Madisonville

MADISONVILLE, Ky. – Seven individuals have been indicted following a weeks-long investigation in Hopkins County.

According to WFMW, the Madisonville Police Department conducted a weeks-long investigation in September 2025 into thefts at Madisonville stores.

Following the investigation, Tyler Morgan, Bradley Crabtree, Maria Cruce, Crystal Goff, Markenis Seaborn, and Jarred Weideman, all of Madisonville, were indicted on one count of engaging in organized crime on April 1.

Richard Senay, of Paducah, was indicted on a first-degree persistent felony offender charge.

According to WFMW, detectives say each individual was involved in stealing or selling merchandise from local businesses.

The investigation is ongoing.
